The James Yale Legacy Project’s First Annual Creative Story Telling Invitational is an intergenerational storytelling project promoting the creative arts. It is a call to Creatives across the US, to see farther into paintings and nature with their focus on human storytelling in their interpretations of the James Yale painting Rayaak. 

The call for submissions has gone out to: Poets and Creative Writers – essays limited to 500 words, Songwriters- spoken word or performance, Screenplay writers-a preliminary pitch with an opening scene, and Graphic Novelist – 3 pages for projected images… 

Winners will perform at The Medium- A Place to Create in their auditorium of August 25th

The James Yale Legacy Project is dedicated to honor and preserve the full scope of James contributions as we create a comprehensive catalog of his artworks, and invite the public to share their James Yale art and stories behind the art and the man through his website jamesyale.com.
